1. The Doctor And River Song (The Wedding Of River Song)
River Song breaks a fixed point in time to avoid killing The Doctor, resulting in all of time and space becoming trapped in a single moment. The only way to restart time is for River and The Doctor to touch, and repair the fixed point that was broken.
River initially resists, until The Doctor, with the blessing of River's parents, marries her, and in the process reveals a secret that manages to change her mind. In a single kiss, The Doctor and River Song set all of time and space back on the correct path.
As wedding activities go, that's a pretty damn good one. While their wedding was a rush-job in the middle of a war-zone, the resulting marriage changes The Doctor forever. He will never forget his River Song.
