3. She's a Time Lord

The Doctor is supposedly the last Time Lord, but we have seen The Master, The Doctor's daughter, River Song and Rassilon. Who's to say that there aren't a few more survivors of the Time War? It would explain how brilliant she was. Smarter even than The Doctor. How cool would it be for The Doctor's companion to be from Galllifrey?
