Back when BoJack first met Diane Nguyen, he fell madly in love with her, despite knowing that she was in a committed relationship with Mr. Peanutbutter. When drunk one night, he stole the D from the Hollywood sign as a show of that love.

Mr. Peanutbutter took the credit as his own show of love for his girlfriend, and as this was Hollywoo, the story was picked up and made into a movie. Thus was born, ‘Mr. Peanutbutter’s Hollywoo Heist.’

Mr. Peanutbutter was to be played by BoJack, Diane by Naomi Watts, BoJack by Wallace Shawn, with Quentin Tarantulino directing. However, once Todd came on board, he became the director’s trusted number 2, and the movie underwent some ludicrous creative changes.

Many of these were fuelled by Todd’s anger at finding out BoJack sabotaged his rock opera, starting with making Diane the main character, and relegating BoJack’s Mr. Peanutbutter to an idiot who says little more than ‘true dat’. However, it then changed to be set in outer space, before further format changes resulted in the once potentially big movie ending up as a bi-monthly box of curated snacks. Wow.
