30. Powerless
Perhaps the most unorthodox show on this list, Powerless was a short-lived sitcom set within the DC Universe. It wasn't overflowing with heroic antics, but it was a unique, often-funny look at ordinary people's lives in an extraordinary world.
The cast was undoubtedly charming - particularly Vanessa Hudgeons, Alan Tudyk and the cameoing Adam West - but the problem with the show was that its potential was always greater than the finished product and, unfortunately, it was never given the chance to realise that potential.
