16. Android 19
One of the androids built by Dr. Gero to kill Goku, Android 19 is easily the most boring of them all.
He only has a couple battles in the series, with both Goku and Vegeta, and in both he is seemingly outmatched. He only survives the battle with Goku because he succumbs to the heart virus Future Trunks warned him about.
During his fight with Vegeta, he is embarrassed as his arms are torn off before eventually being decapitated. Yet another villain death at the hands of Vegeta.
Of all the androids, 19 is without a doubt the most forgettable. He's a boring lackey of Dr. Gero, and other than his power-drain move he doesn't offer anything memorable.
