15. Dabura
King of the Demon Realm, Dabura is Babidi's right-hand man thanks to a spell that put him under the sorcerer's control.
In his debuting moments, Dabura is made out to be somewhat of a badass. Supreme Kai Shin and Kibito are shocked and worried to see him under Babidi's control, and in an instant he appears before Kibito and kills him with a single point-blank blast. He then turns Piccolo and Krillin into stone.
This mystique fades away a bit during his battle with Gohan, as the Saiyan is more than able to hold his own, even frustrating Dabura. However, it is ultimately Dabura's idea to turn Vegeta against the Z Warriors with the help of Babidi's magic, allowing for Majin Buu to be reborn.
Eventually, because of the rebirth of Majin Buu, Babidi tosses Dabura to the side. Trying to prove himself he squares off with Majin Buu only to be turned into chocolate and consumed. Had he not been under Babidi's control it's possible Dabura could have been a more compelling villain. Instead he is one of those characters that starts with a bang and ends with a sizzle.
