Every Dragon Ball Z Villain Ranked Worst To Best

Babidi, the son of Bibidi, is a sorcerer who uses his father's ancient weapon Majin Buu to try and conquer the world. During his run he avoids conflict, as he doesn't need to fight. His sorcery is extremely powerful and he is able to control people to do his biding as he sees fit.

While most of his "loyal subjects" are fighting for him, Babidi is degrading and demanding, often telling Buu he will reseal him and lock him away if he doesn't do what he says. Thanks to some encouraging words from Goku, paired with his constant abuse, Majin Buu eventually rebels against Babidi and kills him.

When it comes to villains in Dragon Ball Z, most are strong, imposing characters. Babidi does not fit that mold, as he's small and physically weak. However, he more than makes up for it with his magically abilities, and in his own way is one of the more powerful villains of the series.
