26. King Cold
King Cold, the father of Frieza, never gets the chance to shine in Dragon Ball Z. After Frieza almost dies at the hands of Goku on Planet Namek, King Cold retrieves his body and rebuilds him into Mecha Frieza. The two take a trip to Earth to kill Goku and all those responsible, but are obliterated by Future Trunks with little to no effort.
It would have been great to see what King Cold really had to offer. Since we know Frieza is able to transform, it makes you wonder what King Cold would have been able to do given the chance. Instead he's nothing but a road bump in the story as he and his son are done away in a measly couple of episodes.
