Every Marvel TV Show Ranked Worst To Best
12. Ms. Marvel (2022)
Ms. Marvel, like all shows produced within the MCU, is not without its flaws - terrible visual effects, awkward Easter eggs, you know the drill - but at its core it's also one of the franchise's most endearing origin stories.
Following Kamala Khan (newcomer Iman Vellani, with a star-making performance) as she comes to terms with her newfound powers and place in the world. It's a relatively predictable coming-of-age tale, elevated by an energetic cast and a deeply affecting focus on community and family.
Reworking its source material to suit the wider MCU may have been a risk, but it's one that pays off in the end. Ms. Marvel, for all its foibles and its chaotic finale, is a hopeful little show that makes it seem like the MCU's future isn't so dark after all. (We'll just pretend The Marvels didn't happen.)
