24. Inhumans (2017)
Inhumans has an enticing premise, which is probably why Marvel have tried to get it off the ground so many times (they announced a movie in 2014, one of many planned MCU vehicles never to take off), but in execution it fizzled as soon as it was put to the screen.
The story of a group of superheroes stranded on Earth after a violent coup ousts them from their secret base on the moon, Inhumans has plenty of thematic bite squandered by dry performances, unexplored themes of class struggle, and cheap-looking set pieces.
Maybe if it had more time to grow, it could have eventually found itself, but this writer doubts it. Inhumans was dead on arrival.
