9. DreamWorks Dragons: Race To The Edge (Season 2)
A continuation of How To Train Your Dragons, this may sound like one of those cheaply-produced cartoons that are rushed out to appeal to kids and capitalise on the popularity and marketing potential of the latest animated hit. However, there's more to it than that. Initially airing on Cartoon Network before moving to Netflix for its third season - but first as Race To The Edge, which this year's instalment will pick-up on - it's still got the same visual quality that you'd expect after seeing the films, and the heart and humour as well. Like the best animations, and the film, it may be 'for kids', but adults will no doubt find enjoyment here as well.
