Was there really any question about who would be number one? Mayor Adam West barely counts as a cameo for Adam West at this point because he's pretty much an actual character on the show. The fictionalized Adam West is an odd duck, no doubt, a little power hungry, a little zany, and played perfectly by the real-life Adam West. From killing the Noid, erecting a statue of the Sugar Smacks frog, to romancing Meg, Mayor West is one of the most entertaining characters on the show.
