Fred Savage is the greatest actor in the world - at least in the world of Family Guy. In 2009's "FOX-y Lady" the former child star, who generally directs these days (including episodes of Modern Family and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia), allows us to learn that he has for years been posing as other celebrities. This includes Michael Moore and Rush Limbaugh - and he's not just posing, he created them, and leads separate lives as each. This quenched the thirst of the acting bug Savage continued to have after his on-screen career petered out. Amazing! Of course, after it was reported by FOX News, it instantly became a lie, so Savage needn't worry about people really thinking he's the greatest actor in the world. The cameo works simply because Savage is still fondly remembered for The Wonder Years, and seeing him able to poke fun at his decline (which was really more of a career progression to other things) tells us that unlike many child stars, Savage made it out okay.
