Sometimes Family Guy's live action cameos work, and sometimes they fall flat. Conway Twitty footage never really worked for us. Dwayne Johnson? Well his cameo was a little more humorous, and given his current status as a huge Hollywood star, he's arguably one of the biggest names Family Guy has had make a cameo. Johnson showed up in a live action clip in 2010's "Big Man on Hippocampus" simulating Peter and Lois having sex due, using action figures due to FCC regulations. It was short, but it worked, as we were all surprised at The Rock doing something so silly. Then again, he was once part of the Rock and Sock Connection.
