Family Guy: 10 Worst Things Peter Griffin Has Done

There are three things that Carter Pewterschmidt hates the most are Poor people, affordable healthcare and his son in law. Throughout the series, Carter has taken every opportunity to humiliate Peter and remind him that he is good enough for his daughter. So, it is cathartic to see Peter finally get the chance to turn the tables on his father in law.

In the season 9 episode "Welcome Back Carter", Peter finds out that Carter is having an affair. At first Carter threatens Peter to keep his affair a secret. However, after realizing the ball is in his court, Peter blackmails Carter to do his bidding or he will reveal Carter's affair to Lois's mother. Peter's plan works for a while, until he accidentally lets the cat out of the bag.

While it is nice to see Carter finally get his comeuppance, an affair is still a sensitive issue. Even though Carter is the who had the affair, it cannot be denied that Peter should have handled the situation with more care.
