1. Fighting His Own Reflection
It doesn't really get much stupider than not recognising yourself in a mirror/reflection, but Peter Griffin has done it at least three times. In this particular instance, we'll focus on the episode "Halloween On Spooner Street". Brian - as a dog and therefore having an excuse - points at his own reflection and tells it to get out of his house before attacking it, resulting in Brian knocking himself out. Peter walks past and, seeing Brian laying unconscious, wonders who the perpetrator is. Seeing his own reflection, he asks if it is responsible, before attacking it and knocking himself out as well. Other instances include the episode "The Splendid Source" when Peter, Joe, Quagmire and Cleveland are looking for the source of the world's dirty jokes and Peter asks for help from his reflection in some water before starting a fight with it, and in the episode "Stuck Together, Torn Apart" he punches his own reflection out of jealousy after Lois comments on it being handsome.
