We all know how much Joey loves food. He eats chips to warm up his stomach before eating half a full-sized turkey for Thanksgiving. He never shares food, and he consumes a "second dinner" on the regular. So how on earth is it that he manages to stay in relatively great shape throughout the duration of the series? We know he barely works out because when we see him try to do some light weightlifting, he gets a hernia. Chalk it up to TV suspension of disbelief all you like, but this aspect of the series is baffling throughout.
