Ross is kind of a hot mess when it comes to life, so it's really a wonder that he not only managed to keep his job as a professor but also managed to gain tenure! And this was after dating a student and arriving late to class many times when he unwittingly picked one up across town. This was also after convincing the staff to give him the keynote speaker role at a conference in the Barbados by waking up the professor (whom he put to sleep in the first place) by landing in his lap.
