7. Mr. Heckles Leaves His Stuff To Monica And Rachel When He Dies
The strange and compulsive liar downstairs that was Mr. Heckles was a big comic relief aspect early on in the series. So when he suddenly dropped dead, it was very surprising that the man who the gang never really acknowledged left Monica and Rachel all of his belongings. Sure, it made for an interesting episode in his crazy hoarder apartment, but in a non-TV situation that would never have happened.
