4. All Aboard The Nostalgia Train
We love nostalgia. We love remembering the past, all the things we used to do which seem so dumb now. We love to play our old video games, watch our favourite old shows and movies, and we love to talk about it. For our generation, the youth of today, nostalgia equals the 1990s. We cant get enough of it. Given the youth of today are also the main demographic of the young adult Futurama audience, placing Philip J Fry in such a popular time period seems a no-brainer. Theres a brain-slug joke I could put there but I cant think of one. Lets take a closer look at the setting that Fry will be in.
