Game Of Thones: 10 Ways The Season 5 Finale Sets Up Season 6

1. Jon's Return

It's the big one. Jon's fate will either be the most nonchalant anti-climax in the history of the show, or it'll be one of the biggest comebacks in modern TV history. It would be typical Thrones to build up an entire year of speculation as to his potential return, before crashing everyone back down to Earth by showing his body being burned, dismembered and disposed of. The finalisation of his death could be an even bigger shock than the one fans got from his actual death. On the flip side, Melisandre still has a purpose in all of this mess, despite the horrendous end to Stannis' campaign. The Red Priestess would frequently outline what she can see in the fire, such as the Bolton's being defeated, though she hasn't been specific over whether it was Stannis winning the war, or another. Along with Davos, she will take up temporary residence in Castle Black, and as long as she is there, there's always a chance that Jon could return. There are a lot of signs pointing towards that eventuality, but nobody can say with any degree of certainty how it will play out. What would you like to see in Game of Thrones Season 6?
