Game Of Thrones - 10 Fantasy Fights All Fans Want To See

Khal Drogo is another character that we would have loved to see fight more than we did. Other than giving Viserys Targaryen a golden crown, the only real fight we saw was in the 8th episode of season one, 'The Pointy End', in which he swiftly bossed fellow Dothraki Mago after he called Daenerys a "foreign whore". Big mistake, friend.

But despite this being the only fight we saw him in, he showed incredible confidence, dancing around Mago's slices, only to ultimately tear his tongue out through his slashed throat. From that moment on we all knew that Drogo would be a leader, a man who could mount the world (his own words) and take the Iron Thone.

And then he died from a disease. Anticlimactic, to say the least.

Still, had Drogo also beaten mother nature and joined Daenerys on the journey across the Narrow Sea, the prospect of him fighting his way through Westeros would have been our dreams and King's Landing's nightmares.

The Winner: Khal Drogo

The Mountain may have the size advantage on Drogo, but Jason Mamoa, who portrayed the Khal, is not exactly a small guy himself. But most importantly, Drogo possessed speed and agility, as demonstrated when he slaughtered Mago. The combination of that strength and speed would be too much for most fighters to handle.

The only downside for Khal Drogo would have been his refusal to wear armour while fighting. One false move and The Mountain would have the power to cut through him like warm butter. Whichever way it went though, we, the fans, would have been the real winners, because arguably the two most brutal characters to ever appear in the programme would have put on a real show.
