Game Of Thrones: 10 Huge Questions To Consider Before Season 7

8. Now That Arya's Back In Westeros, What Comes Next?

At long last, Arya has escaped the narratively-stifling clutches of Braavos and returned to Westeros. Okay, so it was cool seeing The House Of Black And White and the peculiar ways of the Many-Faced God, but there's no denying that Arya's storyline had turned into one of the most stale, especially since it lasted an entire two seasons.

But the final episode of season six sees Arya arrive back in Westeros with a bang, wiping out Walder Frey after serving him up a delicious helping of Frey pie. So then: what comes next? The most logical assumption is that – now decked out with awesome face-swapping camouflage abilities and a penchant for assassination – Arya is going to set about erasing names from her infamous list.

Potentially, but Westeros is a very different place than it was when Arya left. The most likely possibility is that Arya is going to bump into The Hound again. After all, a huge amount has been made of the fact that she didn't necessarily hate him, and seeing those two team up again would be absolutely brilliant. There's also the fact that The Hound is currently hanging out with Beric and Thoros, two names that are on her "list".

Then again, the show seems keen on reuniting Starks at the minute (even though it cost little Benjen his life). If Arya hears that Jon and Sansa are at Winterfell, there's a high chance she'll head back there.
