Tyrion has never been 'the big boss' in any situation. He's always had to settle for the second-class role, regardless of how powerful that made him. Now though, in Jorah, Daario and Daenerys' absences, Tyrion is the big cheese in Meereen. How cool is that prospect? If there's one man who can restore peace to the city, it's Tyrion. He's got Varys by his side for intel, Missandei for cultural consultation, and Grey Worm for military prowess. Tyrion has never been as high as this before, and his potential could rise higher still. If he can extinguish the Harpy's attacks and spearhead Danys' eventual charge to Westeros, Tyrion will unquestionably be the top strategist in the world, if he isn't already. For now though, he'll simply settle for being a very powerful man.
