Game Of Thrones: 10 Questions We’re Asking After 'Sons Of The Harpy'

2. Are Ser Barristan And Greyworm Dead?

Okay, so this is the most obvious question from Episode 4. Quite simply, will they or won't they pull through? Anybody who watched Thronecast or the Episode 5 preview will already have a pretty solid idea of the consequences, but let's look at this based on evidence from the brutal scene alone. First up, Ser Barristan. If it were his last appearance, then that's the sort of heroic death he warrants. Daenerys' last words to him about singing in the streets were kind, and if he sacrificed himself to save Greyworm, then he certainly didn't die in vein. He took a dagger to the chest, which more than likely suggests he's finished, but never EVER count out anybody on Thrones. Greyworm was all but gone until Selmy rocked up and cut through the Sons Of The Harpy, which gives a shred of hope for the Unsullied leader. If both men were to fall, that leaves Meereen depleted. If both men were to fall, then it would make Ser Barristan's rescue pointless, and Greyworm's entire story would have ended without a truly crucial moment. Based on the episode, things look bleak for both men, in particular, Ser Barristan, but with Game Of Thrones, predictions rarely come true.
