10. Will There Be Consequences If Arya Kills Meryn Trant?

Arya wants to kill Meryn Trant, while Meryn Trant does things that make everyone want to kill him. As soon as it became clear that the knight would accompany Mace Tyrell to Braavos, fans were waiting for the Stark/Trant showdown, but while the Arya has been waiting for her time to strike, will she go through with it?

The young assassin's training with the Faceless Men has revolved around leaving 'Arya' behind and becoming 'nobody'. Trant is very much an 'Arya' issue, so by killing him, she is going against her training to become a new person. Will she realise this before she has to suffer the repercussions?

Jaqen H'ghar is still a largely mysterious character, so there's no way to guess how he'd respond if Arya eliminated a different target to the one he gave her. Surely a master of lying could detect that Arya wasn't telling the truth about the oysters and her intended target, so she's playing a dangerous game.
