2. Expand It To 10 Episodes

Yeah when you boil all of these criticisms down, the obvious response is “and where exactly do you expect them to find the time for any of this Adam? You cleft.”

Well, yeah, alright, fair one, although the ‘cleft’ bit seemed a bit much. But if you’re struggling to get everything you need into the time available, and that time available is considerably less than you normally have, just… go… back… to the… old… way.

While the producers have said that 6 episodes is exactly what they wanted, it has since come out that they were offered the time and the budget to produce 10 episodes. Given how much has sadly fallen by the way side in the name of getting us to our conclusion, there’s definitely an argument that the extra runtime would have fixed pretty much all of these complaints.

That said though, if you’re determined to tell this story in 6 episodes and your fanbase don’t find it to be a satisfactory conclusion, there’s always another option…
