2. Young Ned & Robert Flashback

So if Bran will be using his powers to look into the past next season, what exactly will he see? Well, one flashback is looking to involve a young Eddard Stark and Robert Baratheon. How do we know this? Recent casting announcements have revealed that the show is looking for a trio of young boys to play characters of various descriptions. One is supposed to be too large for his age; strong and bulky. This sounds suspiciously like Robert Baratheon as a child. Another is supposed to be around 12-years-old with brown hair, blue eyes, and a Northern accent. And finally, the third is supposed to have brown hair, green eyes, and a Northern accent as well. These two will be sparring with wooden swords. The significant information is that two of them are supposed to be from the North. While the youngest sounds likely to be Ned Stark as a child, the older Northern kid could be either Ned€™s older brother Brandon or even Howland Reed, Ned€™s childhood friend. This information points towards a glimpse into the childhood of beloved characters, which will be really interesting to see. However, it€™s looking like this won€™t be the only flashback...
