Game Of Thrones Season 6: 10 Ups and 2 Downs From 'The Door'

2. The White Walkers Make Their Move

The White Wakers make their mark on Season 6, thanks to Bran and his impatience over weirwood tree visions. Heck, just having the moment with the Night's King touching Bran, and the setup for that to payoff in future, would'v been a strong moment for the show and the Walkers in particular.

Instead they really decided to go for it, and had them march on the weirwood tree. The result was chaos; pure thrilling, terrifying, chaos, as the Walkers walked through a ring of fire and started killing anyone in their path, including the Children, Summer, and notably the Three-Eyed Raven, with a lot of suggested history there.

This was a big move on behalf of the White Walkers, and while the threat they post doesn't need establishing further to viewers (most of Westeros could do with being told though) it's still great when the show unleashes them in a big set-piece, even if there are some dire consequences.
