There are entries on this list that aren't Cersei's doing, but she is so manipulative and driven toward her ultimate goal of protecting her family that she has done some truly awful things. There is a certain irony in Cersei trying to kill her family in order to preserve her family.

During the Battle of the Blackwater, while Tyrion was leading his own men in battle against Stannis' forces, fighting to protect Cersei and all of the women and children hiding inside the Red Keep, Ser Mandon Moore tried to take his life. The member of the Kingsguard was acting upon direct orders from the Queen and, if it weren't for Podrick Payne, would have succeeded in killing the Imp.

Ever since Tyrion was born a dwarf, killing his mother in the process, Cersei hated her little brother. As they grew the two formed a rivalry that only intensified once the Imp was sent to King's Landing as Hand of the King.

While Tyrion has often dreamed of killing his sweet sister, it is not something he ever moved forward with. Cersei, however, had no hesitation in trying to have her brother killed to solidify her son's status on the throne.
