Game Of Thrones: 12 Most Satisfying Deaths

7. Tywin Lannister

For four seasons, it seemed as if Tywin Lannister were in charge of everything. He planned the Red Wedding and acted as head of House Lannister, the wealthiest house in Westeros. Although Robert, Joffrey, or Tommen sat on the Iron Throne, Tywin truly was the most powerful man in the world.

Tywin's fatal flaw turned out to be his treatment of his youngest son. For years, he viewed Tyrion's dwarfism as a stain on his family's legacy, and verbally abused him. After the murder of Joffrey presented Tywin with an opportunity to kill Tyrion, Tywin sentenced his own son to death for a crime he obviously didn't commit.

After Tyrion escaped from prison, he heads to Tywin's chambers to discover his father in bed with Tyrion's ex-girlfriend Shae. When Shae attacks Tyrion, he reluctantly kills her. Then, he confronts his father in the bathroom, where Tywin insults both Tyrion and Shae. After finally reaching his breaking point, Tyrion shoots Tywin with a crossbow, finally killing him.

Tywin spent his whole life obsessing over his legacy, so it was immensely satifying watching him die in the most humiliating way possible.
