Season 6's big reveal in terms of Melisandre is her true age, with the premiere revealing that she is centuries old. That's yet to be fully built upon, although its purpose was mostly just to establish her power before bringing Jon back, but there's another moment that could relate to the future. She says:

"I saw him in the flames, fighting at Winterfell."

That could just have meant the Battle of the Bastards, where Jon did indeed fight at Winterfell, but that's not in keeping with Melisandre's goal, which is to help defeat the White Walkers. So instead, might it hint at the Battle of Winterfell? Jon Snow is going to be fighting there, and if you can even extrapolate that she didn't just see him in her flames, but the flames that will engulf the castle during the upcoming battle.
