5. Jeyne Westerling
The television series may have replaced her with Talisa Maegyr, who perished as a result of several daggers to the womb in last weeks episode, but Jeyne Westerling remains alive in the literary series, though very little has ever been seen of her (owing to a lack of a Robb Stark POV, which wouldve fleshed out A Clash Of Kings somewhat). Officially Jeyne Westerling is not missing. The widow of Robb Stark, who married the Young Wolf after tending to his wounds following his assault on her home, The Crag, was not present at the Red Wedding, which her mother was complicit in the planning of. Instead she remained at Riverrun, pardoned by the Iron Throne for her actions, until Jaime Lannister peacefully ended the siege of the castle. He encountered her, alongside her mother, describing her in his mind as more awkward than graceful with narrow hips Why then, is she featured in this article? Because Jaimes description clashes with a description of the girl given in a much earlier POV by Catelyn Stark, who describes her as pretty and as having good hips, which would have no trouble bearing children. This has led many to believe in a two Jeynes theory, particularly as her younger sister Elenya is seemingly absent from proceedings when Jaime arrives at Riverrun and could be masquerading as her sister. Many believe that Jeyne may have been pregnant with Robbs heir and escaped from the castle with Brynden Tully (who well get to shortly), but critics of the theory point to the fact that their mother would have to be in on the ruse as well (shed surely notice that one of her daughters was missing, not to mention that she gave Jeyne contraceptives under the ruse that they were fertility herbs), which seems unlikely given her involvement in the Red Wedding. Either way, Jeyne certainly has some part, major or minor, to play in the series future.
