How He Dies: With her beloved dragon under the control of Euron, Daenerys will have no choice but to fight back against Drogon. And how do you fight a dragon? With other dragons of course. This will lead to a epic two-on-one battle between the dragons, with teeth, claws and fire. In the end, the horn will be destroyed, but Drogon's injuries will be so severe, that Daenerys, will have to put him out of his misery.
Why It's His Time: The show needs a game-changing moment before it enters the last season and the loss of a dragon would certainly fit the bill. The battle for King's Landing is a pointless endeavor and Daenerys must be punished for it. She will come to the realization too late that she let her own greed distract her from the true battle. And she will pay for it with her greatest weapon.
What It Means For The Show: Everyone is expecting that the three dragons will play an important role in the final war. Fans have been speculating for years which characters would ride which dragons into battle against the White Walkers. Killing off one of those dragons would be a massive shocker and make victory a little more uncertain for our heroes.
