Game Of Thrones: 18 Terrible Ideas That Were Great To Watch

10. Using Dany's Dragons Against HerGame Of Thrones Dany Dragon Ever since she managed to hatch three dragons from stone eggs, Daenerys has mostly made her way in the world based upon her reputation as the 'Mother of Dragons.' So, when her dragons are stolen from her while in Qarth, she is understandably desperate to get them back. When she receives word that they are being held in the House of the Undying, she immediately sets off into the world of the mysterious warlocks to retrieve her scaly children. The scenes in the House of the Undying were effective, if a bit unexplained. The destroyed Red Keep and frozen capitol helped to connect Dany's scenes on the other side of the world with those of the Seven Kingdoms. Even I teared up at her reunion with the shades of Khal Drogo and their son that never was, and I'm one of those who always thought that the supposed epic romance of Drogo/Dany was much more creepy than swoonworthy. And that's with Jason Momoa. The eeriness of the House of the Undying was slightly lessened, however, when we finally see the warlocks who masterminded the whole scenario. Their plan after stealing Dany's dragons was to trap her with them forever, using her influence to keep them strong. Daenerys, because she has a brain, uses that influence that makes the dragons so strong to burn them all to hell. Bad plan, warlocks. She's not known as the Mother of Dragons for nothing.
