With Joffrey no longer sitting on top, Ramsay Bolton's actions this season have propelled him straight to the top (his treatment of Reek wasn't ALL THAT terrible considering what Theon did), and Walder Frey sits pretty high for being a grotesquely unlikeable monster. Now though Melisandre has swooped in for a top three berth (she's far more to blame for the death of Shireen than poor, fractured Stannis), and you have to think it's not going to end well for her.
