21. Dont Pull A Lost
George R.R. Martin has stated that he is worried about doing a Lost, being a huge fan of the series but feeling let-down by the ending. So much so that in Dothraki the word lost actually means disappointed. It didnt quite make it into the show (or at least I cant find an example of the word actually being said) but it is written into the Dothraki language, which appears in seasons 1 and 2, so this totally counts.
