Both ahead of and during Season 8's production, there was a lot of talk as to how long the episodes would be, with various suggests that we'd be seeing feature-length episodes, perhaps around the two-hour mark. Those comments have since been walked back and clarified, and now we have a full picture of how Season 8 is going to play out, with the schedule looking like this:

April 14: Episode 1, 54 minutes

April 21: Episode 2, 58 minutes

April 28: Episode 3, 82 minutes

May 5: Episode 4, 78 minutes

May 12: Episode 5, 80 minutes

May 19: Episode 6, 80 minutes

So that's four episodes which are all around 80 minutes in length, with the third instalment the longest episode ever, and the show airing its finale on May 19.
