10. Daenerys Is Surrounded - Down
Episode nine ended with the spectacle of Daenerys finally getting to ride one of her dragons. While it was an OMG! moment, it also left viewers with the question of exactly where she and Drogon were headed to. An answer was (sort of) given this week. We see them resting on a hilltop, overlooking a vast landscape of green land. It doesnt really give us any clues as to where she is, but what happens next does. Drogon is refusing to fly back to Meereen, so Dany wanders off to find food and is almost immediately surrounded by a khalasar. Its too early to say how this will work out for the character, but given the look on her face and the way she drops a ring in the ground (as a possible trail for Jorah and Daario), and the fact she was previously married to a defeated Khal, clearly she isnt expecting this meeting with the Dothraki to go too well.
