3. The High Sparrow

Likely Outcome: Sent to meet his Lord by a Lannister.

He might be protected by his religious fervour and the Lannister's fear of holy retribution, but the High Sparrow has pushed his luck too far. In shaming Cersei and making her son look impotent, the religious leader has basically signed his own death warrant.

Even in the early trailers, the sound of him proclaiming his people poor and powerless but able to take down an entire empire sounds suspiciously like his early death knell. After all, in the game of thrones, you either win or you die - attempting to take it down from the outside isn't an option for long.

It seems inevitable that the High Sparrow's ultimate face-off with Jaime will lead to his death (or at the very least his own shaming), but it wouldn't be beyond the show's logic to have Cersei thrust the fatal blow.
