Would you believe that Robb Stark was barely 16 years old when he was slaughtered at The Red Wedding? Also, his wife Jeyne Westerling - in the show his wife was Talisa - was also 16, but she managed to flee the wedding, unlike Talisa who in the show died along with her husband and unborn child. Although Richard Madden (the actor who played Robb Stark) was around 27 years old when he filmed the scene and clearly Robb was aged up in the show to about 21, it's still really unsettling to think that George R. R. Martin intended him to be a lot younger. How anyone lives to be older than 20 years old in Westeros is beyond me.
