Game Of Thrones: 8 Characters You Should Probably Hate (But Don't)

8. Bronn

Everybody loves Bronn. Everybody. And why not? He's a brilliantly funny rapscallion with an endless well of pragmatism and cheeky charm at his disposal. Whenever he's in on-screen, you better believe it's going to be entertaining as hell - not to mention that you can pair Bronn with pretty much anybody and you're in for a good time - Tyrion, Jaime... heck, who knows who he'll team up with next? But Bronn has a shady past - one that many of the show's fans have likely forgotten. That's to say, he murdered a woman when he was just 12-years-old. And let's not forget that Bronn abandons Tyrion to death and refuses to fight for him when he needs it most ("I like you... I just like myself more..."). Which basically translates as: Bronn stuck by Tyrion because he had a lot of money, and bails out when things become a little too dangerous for him. You can understand, of course - but like so many others on the show, Bronn cares only for himself. The worst thing is that he admits that he could probably beat the Mountain in a fight, but why risk it? With that in mind, it's strange that so many people adore this guy - and yet you can't argue with his chirpy persona and hilarious one-liners. Okay, Bronn rules.
