Game Of Thrones: 8 New Pieces Of Evidence That Jon Snow Will Return

1. The Tower Of Joy

Jon Snow Alive Theories
Watchers on the Wall

Based on early information about Season 6, it seems likely that there will be a Tower of Joy flashback, in which case Jon's return is virtually guaranteed.

The Tower of Joy was where Ned Stark and six companions battled Arthur Dayne and two other members of the Kingsguard during Robert's Rebellion. After the massacre, Ned found his sister Lyanna dying inside the tower, and in their final conversation she begged Ned to promise her... something.

What she said has never been revealed, but fans speculate she asked Ned to protect Jon Snow, who in reality would be the son of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen.

HBO has confirmed they'll be filming at Castillo de Zafra in Spain next season, which looks exactly like the Tower of Joy as described in the books. HBO is also casting a "Legendary Fighter," a description that would certainly fit Arthur Dayne. Plus, Isaac Hempstead-Wright confirmed that Bran will have some interesting visions in Season 6, so he could be the one to see the Tower of Joy flashback.

If the show is including this, the only reason would be to reveal Jon parents, and if he's really dead, why would that matter anymore? Keep an eye out for this because if it's confirmed they're filming a Tower of Joy scene, that will be the final confirmation that Jon Snow will return.
