2. Instead She Will Destroy Westeros
If you don't want to buy into the good v evil ending, with Daenerys being the saviour of Westeros, then this one will be more enticing: she will instead bring about its total destruction.
If we look at what Daenerys has tried to accomplish so far, she's succeeded in becoming a ruler, but failed in bringing peace and stability to the areas. Arriving in Westeros is likely to be more of the same, just on an even bigger scale. Everywhere she looks there will be murderers, rapists, people who want to fight against her, and noble families she cannot really trust.
She will come to truly hate the Seven Kingdoms, and this will lead her to attempt to purge it of all the evils, and cause a lot of war, chaos, and ultimate destruction along the way. The other possibility in this regard is that she joins R'hllor, who is the true enemy rather than the Others, and that it will be Jon, the White Walkers, and the rest of Westeros fighting against Daenerys, Melisandre, and the major threat not from the North but the South.
