Game Of Thrones Cast: Where Are They Now?
2. Mark Addy
'Give me something for the pain and let me die' may have developed into a meme that fans used when describing their feelings towards the final season, but it was once said by the king himself Robert Baratheon.
One of the most memorable aspects of the first season, Robert's shock death was one of the events that really shifted the balance and turned the show into the barbaric quest for power that it became. Unfortunately, it also meant the departure of the brilliant Mark Addy.
Since Robert croaked it, Addy has gone on to appear in a host of British TV shows, including The Syndicate, Atlantis, Jericho, New Blood, Young Hyancinth and even an episode of Doctor Who. He recently starred in ITV crime drama White House Farm and an episode of anthology series Moving On.
Furthermore, he returned to the big screen with a starring role in The Runaways, lent his voice to Mary Poppins Returns and even appeared in the Downton Abbey film. A line-up fit for a king, eh?
