The younger brother of Robert Baratheon and one of the men who vied for the Iron Throne, Stannis was at once bland, dull and yet genuinely captivating. He could seem almost fair one second, then be enticed to do terrible things the next. Like, y'know, burn his own daughter to death.

With immeasurable narcissism and a solid arc, he made the early era of GoT great to watch. That being said, his death at the hands of Brienne of Tarth was highly deserved and quite satisfying.
