13. Jon Snow
If you had to put a label on who was the true main character of GoT, chances are you'd say Jon Snow. He's the show's archetypal hero, full of honor, bravery, kindness and strength. His duty always came first, and when he was killed by his own men and later resurrected by Melisandre, he still refused to back down from his calling.
Jon fought in numerous battles, lost his family and was shunned by many for being a bastard. None of this slowed him down, however, and in the end it was him who cut down a mad Daenerys in the final season.
He may have been a bit wooden in places, but there's no denying that Jon was the hero the show deserved.
