Game Of Thrones Prequel: 10 Legendary Characters We Hope To See
6. First Lord Commander Of The Night's Watch
When the Wall was built by Bran the Builder (spoiler alert more on him later) after the White Walkers were defeated the first time, it also brought the birth of the Night's Watch. The books and television show only provide us information on a handful of Lord Commanders, but curiously never the first one. Some believe that it was Bran the Builder, but he was also founder of House Stark, which wouldn't exactly fit in with the Night's Watch's whole "take no parts in politics" motif.
The Night's Watch has been around for thousands of years and just for some reference, Jon Snow was the 998's Lord Commander. This being the case it'll be interesting to see who in fact the first one actually was, despite it possibly not having much bearing in the grand scheme of things.
Perhaps we'll even see some other early Lord Commanders, like the 13th, also known as the Night's King (not to be confused with the leader of the White Walkers: the Night King, the 's is crucial there) who allegedly went insane and married a female White Walker.
In the aftermath of that faux pas, all record of him were erased out of shame.
