10. A New Direction For Sansa
With Bran and Hodor already reportedly written out of season five, many believed Sansa to be meeting a similar fate. Brans season four story culminated in him meeting the Three-Eyed Raven, just as his book five story ended. Likewise, Sansas recent story has almost reached its pinnacle in terms of released materials from the novel: she could easily be written out too. But that's not to be the case, thankfully. Sophie Turner who plays Sansa said earlier this year: I am so excited because it gives me the opportunity to work with new people and it goes in a completely different direction. I think the fans will really like where her storyline is going this season. So Sansas story is veering towards a very different direction as new material is incorporated to retain the character. Quite where its going nobody knows, so pure speculation will follow. The inclusion of Sansa will excite many though - Turner could read the phone book and make it thrilling to watch so anything she is giving will likewise be brilliant. What would be exciting to see is for Sansa to really come into her own. Slowly she has been increasing in confidence and now that she has broken from the shackles that have bound her for near four seasons she is ready to let rip. A badass Sansa is brimming and she could now easily reign over the Eyrie. A Feast for Crows reveals Littlefingers plan to reveal her true identity, marry her to an Arryn heir and reclaim Winterfell. Fans will probably see this scene, although of course Littlefinger isnt the only one with his sights set on Winterfell
