Game Of Thrones Season 6: 10 Ups And 2 Downs From 'Oathbreaker'

8. Tyrion's Games

Speaking of little actually happening in Meereen, but it still being fun to watch, we were treated to this one between Tyrion, Missandei, and Grey Worm.

Tyrion couldn't really be anymore different to that pair, but he still makes some commendable efforts to try and engage them in a conversation, or even a game. The clash of personalities isn't the most original attempt at humour, but with Peter Dinklage the driving force behind it, it unsurprisingly works. His delivery is always pitch-perfect, and he nails not just the dialogue, but conveying his exasperation at the situation as well. Meereen will need to pick things up a bit going forward, but for this week Tyrion's humour and Varys' threats were enough to keep it interesting.
